I don't know if you'll get this as it's been over 2.5 years since this post. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this sushi project! Found it on Pinterest and want to make it. I think I can figure most of it out, but what did you use for the balls on the ikura? (I think that's name for the salmon roe). Any help or recommendations would be very appreciated!
